A message's journey, node by node.

Every request travels through the same graph: it goes through sorting, is understood, linked to what Graphorum already knows, checked by the Regulator and turned into finished work. You decide the autonomy, channel by channel.

    Emails with attachments, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media comments: everything comes in through the same door.

05The Regulator

The algorithm is in charge. The AI carries out.

Whatever AI you use, the flow is decided by code. Every answer goes through the Regulator, which checks it against real data, corrects it or discards it. If nobody is sure, it doesn't make things up: it asks you.

Checks on real data

Dates, amounts, emails, phone numbers, VAT number and tax code with the check digit; names and numbers must appear in the text read.

Corrections

A wrong answer goes back to the AI with the error written down, at most twice, then passes to the next model.

Two opinions for anything that can't be undone

A reply that goes out on its own needs two matching opinions; otherwise it goes into Approvals, with the reason why.

  1. Inside GraphorumIt is the AI of your platform: it answers customers in your style, prepares quotes and drafts, sorts email and messages, summarises. On your PC, with no external services and no pay-per-use costs.
  2. On your computer, even offlineYou download the package (the GGUF file with its model card) and open it with Ollama, LM Studio or llama.cpp: it works without the Internet, on a laptop or at another site.

It is a compact model, up to 2.5 billion parameters: it is at its best on your own work. For general questions, Graphorum can also stay connected to the other models, if you wish.

08Local or cloud

The server is a mini PC on your desk. Or there isn't one.

With the local plan, Graphorum runs on an office mini PC with integrated graphics: the AI models use it to read and write faster, without sending anything outside. Don't want hardware? With the cloud plan the same platform runs on European servers, in an instance all your own.

Cybersecurity isn't added afterwards: it is part of Graphorum's design, in both plans. Every measure below really exists in the platform and can be verified. No window-dressing certifications: we tell you what we do and how to check it.

  • AES-256-GCM Data and backup encryption

    Backups are encrypted with a key derived from your password: whoever holds the file cannot read it. Credentials and API keys are encrypted in the platform's vault. From outside the office, access is only via HTTPS, through the encrypted tunnel.

  • 2FA · TOTP Two-step verification

    On top of the password, a code from an Authenticator app, valid for 30 seconds and only once, or received by email.

  • scrypt Username and password

    Each person signs in with their own username and password. Passwords are stored only as a hash (salted scrypt); after too many wrong attempts, access is locked for 15 minutes.

  • 1 : 1 Isolated instance per customer

    In the cloud each customer has its own instance, with its own database, brain, files and model. With the local PC everything stays in the office. No data shared with other customers.

  • CSV Log of all operations

    Who did what, when and from where: people, agents, API keys and even our support access. Filter it and download it as CSV whenever you like.

    The local PC is reached from outside through an encrypted Cloudflare tunnel: no open ports on the router, and the office address stays hidden.

What is Graphorum?

It is AM Solutions' private artificial intelligence platform, designed and developed in Italy. It works on email, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media and documents with agents that share a single brain. It is installed on a mini PC in the office or at home, or runs in the European cloud, in a dedicated instance.

Local PC or cloud: which is better?

You choose: the platform is the same. With the local PC the data stays physically in the office and the AI works even without the Internet; you pay for the solution once plus a monthly maintenance and support fee, with on-site repair for PC faults. With the cloud you don't buy any hardware: you pay a monthly subscription and your instance runs on European servers, dedicated and isolated. You can switch from one to the other, taking all your data with you.

How do I buy it and when does it start?

Always here on the site: choose the plan, sign up and pay. With the cloud your instance activates on its own, right after payment, and you sign in via Login. With the local PC, after the order we come to you and install everything on site; the monthly fee is paid from when the platform is up and running.

Does my data go on the Internet?

With the local PC they stay in the office: the AI runs on the PC and external services are optional, chosen by you job by job. With the cloud they are on servers in Europe, in an instance dedicated to you alone, with encrypted connections and backups. Either way, your data never trains anyone else's models.

How secure is it? What cybersecurity does it have?

Cybersecurity is built in, in both plans: encrypted backups (AES-256-GCM) and encrypted credentials, two-step verification with an Authenticator app or by email, sign-in with personal username and password (stored only as a hash, with lockout after too many attempts), an isolated instance for every cloud customer, a tunnel with no open ports for the local PC, a log of all operations downloadable as CSV, person-by-person permissions, update checks every 5 minutes, spam and phishing sorting. And your data never trains anyone else's models. The measures are written into the data processing agreement.

Is the AI model really mine?

Yes. Your model is trained only on your work, only you use it and you can download it whenever you like, even if one day you leave. It grows up to 2.5 billion parameters: it reasons, sees images, uses tools, speaks several languages and has a dedicated voice.

What computer do I need?

With the cloud, none: you use the computer and phone you already have. With the local plan the mini PC is included: an office PC with 32 GB of memory, for example a Minisforum UM870 Slim (Ryzen 7 8745H with Radeon 780M graphics) running Debian Linux, which we prepare and install.

What if the AI gets something wrong or makes things up?

Every answer goes through the Regulator: the code checks dates, amounts, emails, phone numbers, VAT number and tax code and sends errors back. If nobody gets it right, it doesn't make things up: it marks the answer for review or asks you.

Does it reply to customers on its own?

Only if you switch it on, and with the agent you choose. You can keep it off, have it prepare replies for approval or let it reply on its own, channel by channel.

Can my colleagues use it?

Yes: everyone has their own access and permissions and can connect their own WhatsApp, Telegram and mailbox. You see everything, and the log shows who did what.

Can I cancel? What happens to my data?

Yes. You download all your data in a complete archive, including your model, and then delete it yourself: you receive a deletion certificate. If you switch to another provider we help you, as required by the Data Act. If you are a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw without giving reasons. Everything is explained on the withdrawal and data page.

What if the PC breaks down?

With the local plan you open a ticket: for PC faults we come on site. With the encrypted backup, everything is reinstalled on a new PC just as it was: settings, users, brain, chats, documents.

Can I sign in from outside the office?

Yes: with the cloud from any browser; with the local PC through the Cloudflare tunnel, with no open ports on the router. Always with two-step verification, by email or with an Authenticator app.
